  • Including new "reassessment" policy.

  • Possibility of "reverse mortgage" utilization.

Economic Development

  • Infrastructure: roads, water and sewer.
  • Paving funds only used for roads and drainage.
  • Positive action/teamwork from all council representatives.
  • Quality of life.

Council Leadership

  • Thorough review of all spending.
  • Ensure fiscal accountability.
  • Ensure efficient execution of government services.
  • Earlier beginning of budget process.
  • Within reason, if an ordinance is proposed, there should be a "second" - to have discussion and see voting positions.

Others- General

  • Ensure responsible representation.
  • Ensure policy for planned and orderly growth as well as zoning.
  • Establish guidelines for recreation fund expenditures.
  • Establish a moratorium on recreation expenditures prior to an election.
  • Establish term limits - maximum of 8 years.
  • Establish formal "Town Hall" and/or community meetings on a least a quarterly basis.
